ILDC owns 1,200 sqm in Sensor Building, which is a 3 floor building, comprised of 2 office floors above a commercial ground floor, in the triangle of Ben Yehuda– Yaffo – Lunz Streets, near Zion Square and near the light rail track.
The triangular area of Ben Yehuda, King George and Yaffo Sts. ("the Triangle”), constitutes Jerusalem´s main business center and is a commercial area in essence, and some of its streets have become pedestrian malls over the years. Its importance is historical, commercial and touristic. The borders and near vicinity of the triangle concentrate the largest share of the retail activity in the capital that is not organized in shopping centers and it is crowded for most hours of the day.
