Nimrodi Tower in Bnei Brak, is a 51-story Office Tower,
with an area of 64,250 sqm, one of three buildings of "ILDC Campus"
project, which includes offices, commercial areas, clinics and a geriatric
center.
ILDC owns 51,800 sqm (41 stories above the 10th floor) designated for rent. As of March 2024, 65% of the rental areas have been rented. Among the tenants is an anchor tenant, the State of Israel, which leases 20 floors in the building.
The Complex is located in the new business area of Bnei Brak (BBC), on the Jabotinsky route and adjacent to the Ben Gurion Station of the Red Line of the light rail. In the vicinity of the Complex, a road is planned to connect the project with the Geha Road, thereby providing direct access to the main traffic arteries. The new business area is becoming one of the main employment centers in the Dan region.
