ILDC purchased land in the Mokotow district of Warsaw, intended for the construction of a residential project, to be built in two phases.  The project is expected to include 367 housing units with a total area of approximately 19,000 square meters and a commercial area of 100 square meters. Completion of the project is expected in 2023.
