Seven Stars Eilat
ILDC owned a plot of approximately 10,000 sqm located opposite the former Airport in Eilat (which was closed). The company built on this area a commercial complex (including offices) with an area of 7,200 square meters, of which 6,600 square meters is owned by the company.
As of March 2024, the construction of "7 Stars Eilat" has been completed, pending the occupancy permit. Lease agreements for 76% of the areas designated for rent have been signed. Among the main tenants in the complex: Fox, Erroca, Billabong, Foot Locker, BE (by Shufersal), Yahav Bank, Ha'Poalim Bank and more.
