Tel Aviv - Jackob Nimrodi Tower (Ma´ariv House)

ILDC is in the advanced process of planning of the Jackob Nimrodi Tower, in place of "Ma´ariv House", which is located at the intersection of Carlebach / Menachem Begin / Yitzhak Sadeh streets in central Tel Aviv. The old building was demolished in early 2020.

In February 2020, a plan for the construction of a 42-story tower, which includes main areas of approximately 43,500 square meters, was published to the general public, despite a previous decision by the District Committee to submit a plan for a 60-story tower. Following an administrative petition filed by the company, a decision was issued by the court directing to reconsider the company´s request that Jackob Nimrodi Tower rise to a height of 60 floors.
While continuing the legal proceedings as detailed above, the company continues to promote the planning of Jackob Nimrodi Tower, including conversion of part of the office space to residence, with the planning institutions, .

The location of the Jackob Nimrodi Tower is in one of the main and bustling intersections in the city, above the light railway station lines which will be connected by an underground tunnel to the tower lobby (the Red and Green railway lines), which will provide unique access to the tower.
