Tel Aviv - Jackob Nimrodi Tower (Ma´ariv House)
A project for the
construction of a 42-story office tower with a total area of 48,350 square
meters, at the intersection of the streets Karlibach/ Menachem Begin/ Yitzhak
Sade in the center of Tel Aviv, in which Ma´ariv House was located until its
destruction on 2021.
In 2023, the excavation and lining works carried out according to the permit received in 2022, were completed and the foundation works are in the process of completion.
The location of the Jackob Nimrodi Tower is in one of the main and bustling intersections in the city, above the light railway station lines which will be connected by an underground tunnel to the tower lobby (the Red and Green railway lines), which will provide unique access to the tower.
