ILDC purchased land in Pruszkow (near Warsaw), for the purpose of building a residential project, to be built in three stages. The project is expected to include 614 residential units. The company estimates that the first stage of the project will be completed in 2023.
As of March 2024, the company has a few residential units left in the project that have not yet been sold.
