Aura Ursynow - Warsaw
Ursynow is the third large district of Warsaw, with a population of over 150,000, and is one of the fastest-growing neighborhoods in Warsaw.
The project is located in the green part of Ursynow, which guarantees peace and quiet for future residents. The location of the project provides direct access to attractive green areas, together with a proximity to municipal infrastructure (railway, bus, shops etc).
The project includes 485 residential units, to be built in 2 stages. As of March 2025, construction of 126 units in the first phase has been completed and the apartments have been fully sold. Construction of the second stage is expected to be completed in 2027.
